How Long To Gas Mag?

hey i just got my atp from evike.com and i was wondering how long precisley do i gas my mags do i do bursts or do one long charge and if its bursts how many and for how long and if its one burst how long to get a full mag of ammo

20 seconds is usually enough. Burst or not to burst? Try both and see what works best with your can of green gas. For best results read the directions on the can.

alright thanks its cuz i had 3 we tech 1911s before 2 of which were hi capa mags so i couldent probe how long to gas it

Understood. Usually you can hear when the gas flow has stopped and the mag is full also.

well i can hear it but i got a problem there is a little black oring on the bottem and when i use the power green, greengas can and its nozzle it sometimes on my second mag takes that o ring with it and it still gets a charge but it spews gas in my face when i try to gas any pointers on what to do

Yea...don't put your face near a toxic gas can and get a different brand of green gas....just saying!

Make sure you are pushing it straight in. The angled mag end can throw you off a bit.

put a little oil on the valve before attempting to fill it.
warm the fill can in your pocket first
