P.S: You will want to use .25 gram bb's without a doubt. This will also increase accuracy, as to the hop up issue your hop up nub may be out of place. If this is the issue it will require you to take apart the hop up chanber.

- If under warranty - Send it to KWA for repair
- If you know of a competent tech - Send it to local tech for repair
- Repair it yourself.
