Hey I'm wanting to do the coin mod (but with a cut down piece of wood instead of coins) and I was wondering what are the repercussions of it? If it double the rate of for does it cut life spam in half? I'm going to due this mod on an old mac11 (got it when first ns2 m11 became available) thanks for any insight.

It does not cause much, if any, problems for the ORIGINAL M11, go ahead. It will completely destroy the cylinder on an NS2 however.
