I got my KM4S from Airsoftextreme last week.  I probably went through 2000 rounds this last weekend.  but the wierd thing is I was trying to set my hopup after that to allow the gun to break in and the bb's were flying everywhere after 75-100 feet.  I am using the G&G .2 bb's

My buddies JG mp5 shot straight and could hit a tree consistently from 100ft and I could barely hit it.  What's going on?  He was using the same bb's as I was.

2) Clean the hop-up bucking
3) Use .25 bb's
4) Adjust the hop-up

Too much lube in the hop/barrel?
Teflon from BBs forming in the barrel.

Clean the barrel. Best way is to take it out of the hop system while you do this.

I just got the gun.  So i have not taken it apart of lubed it up yet.

Use good BB's too.

I say clean the barrel thoroughly and properly of course. I would also look around the internet on tips and procedures on how to take apart an M4 Aeg's Hop Up/Barrel Unit and how to clean it, because thats what I did.
Make sure you use new high quality bb's such as KSC perfect bb's.

If cleaning the barrel and the hop up bucking does not make your gun shoot as accurate as you want it to be, then you may have to starting saving up some money on a new tight bore and hop up bucking. There is a topic in this forum section that discusses what tightbore and bucking are compatible for KWA M4s.

I've taken my M4S out twice and already the inner barrel is splintering.  It looks like grated cheese on the inside.  I've cleaned the inner barrel, the hop-up bucking and I've used KSC .25's.  I knew I was gonna upgrade the inner barrel so I'm not that upset.  But still, it is kind of annoying.

upgrading the inner barrel will make it more prone to debree but more accurate
