First want to say I wuv my M9 PTP. It's a great gun that has served me well in several games.
I have however come across a problem. The safety switch on the right hand side has become loose. I assume that the way I can tighten it is by the hex screw that is above the right safety switch. I cannot for the life of me figure out what size the hex screw is. I assume it's metric, and have tried a .5 mm and 1.5 mm hex wrench and neither work. Is it really a 1 mm size screw? Where in the States could I get a 1 mm wrench? If I'm wrong what size is the screw?

I have a feeling that this is the correct hex wrench. Just out of curiosity, how come KWA decided to use a hex screw of this size?

I too would like to know the solution to this problem. My right side selector switch actually FELL off( luckily I still have it). Is it 1mm?

I recieved my .89 mm wrench in the mail today and the wrench did not work. It's too small to turn the hex screw. I would love some feedback on what I need to fix my PTP.

You'll need the 1.25mm or 0.05" hex wrench. Their available at most RC/Hobby shops.

The screw fell out on mine as well, luckily I heard the safety switch hit the ground and found it, but no luck on screw. Fortunately my local AS store had an extra screw and added a bit of loctite to help prevent it from happening again.

You need a 1.3mm allen wrench/hex wrench, although the right safety on my KWA M9 PTP is still loose even with the screw all the way in.

pwn is correct. Continuing from your other post pwn, perhaps the hole on the switch the screw goes through has become larger due to use. This may be the reason why it is shaking around, because the screw doesn't completely fill the circumference of the hole, keeping it in place.
