What is the 6.03mm longest length inner barrel i can put in with any other parts longer the 395 trying to increase accuary

Are you talking about an edge or km head? Actually your stock barrel is .03 or .02. If you put a 425 barrel in, your only gaining about 1.5 inches of length. You can put in a 509 but your gun gets long. Bbs are the thing that will make the difference. Add a spring for a bit more range, but your stock set up is great already. What is your accuracy issue? Your bucking could be causing this, and again heavy bbs like .3s will make a huge difference.

You can go up to 509mm but you will see very small improvement in grouping compared to a 425mm.

Honestly, a good 395mm TBB, like the KM Head 6.02, will give you all the accuracy you need. That and good heavy BB's like .30 KWA's.
