In your opinion should I do that or just buy a SR 7 or maybe even wait for the new line to come out and get one of the CQB rifles?
Thank you for your time.

I'd say its up to you have soon you need a CQB rifle. If you can wait that long, you'll be saving yourself over $100 if you purchase one of the CQR series rifles coming out in 2nd Quarter, which is fairly soon. On top of that, you can still swap the CQR upper onto your SR10 upper to have to full metal body.

Another question I have is that someone I know also mentioned the option of replacing the RIS, Outer Barrel, and Inner Barrel to change the SR10 into basically an SR 5. It sounded like a great option, but I would like to know what you all think? Are there any additional parts needed on top those three items?
Is it easy to change those back and forth? I was thinking when the new guns come out I could change the SR10 back and just move those parts to know the new CQR guns.
Thank you all for your help and feedback.

Please note that the spring that came in the first SR5's may not be what ended up in them once the cylinder switched from the .5 to the type 1. Therefore, I would expect potentially a lower FPS than the 335 I mentioned above...just a guess though.
