Nope, that is why you keep your boxes, and also you don't use the boxes from ups.  Trust me on this I have shipped several guns around the usa and the most it has ever cost me was $12.00.  UPS is your problem and fedex is just as bad.

But in reality it is still cheaper to just put in an oring and buy a new mag than ship it to KWA.
For that I could have done it for you, we only live about 40 minutes apart. I could meet you in Hendersonville and do the work for you if you would like.  I will not take more than about 30 minutes to fix both.

I have much to learn about mail... I just got worried about "what if the UPS guy drops it" so I went with the box so I could get insurance on it, which is what KWA highly recommends for you to do. Murphy's Law is very real, at least in my reality. I still have the original box inside of that box, but that piece of foam covering only one side really isn't protection.

Superfrog, I PM'd you btw.  Had the warranty expired or had I not found a cheap way out, I would have that thing torn into in a second.

Apparently the generous offer I recieved help to cover shipping costs didn't happen quite like explained... I mean I could ship to them without paying anything at bat, but I'm worried when UPS charges KWA the rest upon arrival for the inadequate shipping label they're going to hold my gun hostage for the rest of the money... What should I do, ditch the huge box and ship, ship with the box and cross my fingers, or don't ship?

Edit: Oh dang, I just had this super brilliant, Einstein equatable moment of insight! I could... send the mag in by itself!!!!! And then tweak the gun by myself and void its warranty separately from the mag lol.
