Busted out the caliper. I removed about .3mm off of the top rail for proper fitting.

Heads up on the madbull dd mk18 9.5" ris 2. The upper part of the rail is a little longer than it should be which will give the rail a barely noticeable downward tilt when you tighten down all 4 mm screws. At least thats what I noticed on my unit.

I noticed that and filed it down. Fits perfect now.
