Let me just say, from my experience after having many of the same problems described, what fixed the issue was replacing, and properly installing, a new bolt (part #2). I also installed a new bucking and hop up lever after it was ripped from a bb jam. Do not send the bolt home on an empty magazine. It will damage the magazine follower and the bolt causing further issues.

Feeding issues can occur for a number of reasons:
  • Damaged bolt
  • Damaged feed lips - typically from dry firing (releasing the bolt with an empty mag damages the follower and can damage the feed lips
  • BB feed ramps needs polishing
You need to systematically eliminate these possibilities to ensure a solution to proper feeding.  Crap BB's cause miss-feeds but let's assume that's not the case here.

I can tell you I have damaged the feed lips and the follower by releasing the bolt with an empty mag.  I had some jamming issues and they were from the feed ramp.  I wouldn't blame the polymer lips and follower for this issues without eliminating other possibilities.
