The KWA USA forum is used to provide technical questions and answers to KWA Performance Industry Products in the US. The possibility of getting the KWA Kriss to Russia would require contacting a Supplier in Russia who is able to import KWAs into Russia. Contacting KWA Performance Industries directly on information of a supplier in Russia would be another good start.
