The silver piece that moves when you pull the charging handle fell off while disassembling the gun, I realize this prevents dirt and dust from getting into the hopup gears and such, however when it fell out it was all bent out of shape and actually cracked down the middle, I do not know how to put it back in, and without it I cannot pull the charging handle and have my hop up port open..is there a way to fix this and still be able to open my hop up port, or am I stuck leaving it open?

If the mock bolt is bent/cracked you will need a new one.  How to put it back in is hard to describe.  Keep toying with it you will get it eventually.  You will need to wedge it just right with the bolt so it stays.  This is why it's not a great idea to rack the charging handle with the gun open.

Uggh I have to get a new one? Its essential to the operation of the gun? I find it kind of silly that an important part is made out of such cheap material, I don't know how to put it back in at all, it was broken before I opened the gun, thats the reason why I opened it. So where can I get a new one, and are there any tutorials putting it back in?

it's not that important at all. and you only need maybe a needle nose pliers. it's not hard...

The piece is very thin.. When it becomes loose, it tends to get loose and jam the charging handle. When it jams the charging handle, I would suspect most people just jam the charging handle forward which would deform and bend up that fake bolt piece. Considering how thin the piece is, I would be surprised if even a steel one would get deformed if it was jammed forward.

IMO you should replace the piece.  You don't want to have to worry about dirt and other things getting inside your gun if you leave the dust cover open.

Can't anymore, that piece that it clicks into is coming apart. like the little piece the top of the mock bolt is suppose to click into is falling off so to prevent any further issues im simply going to just keep my gun clean and blow out and dirt/dust I get on it after every airsoft game I go to.

That explains why the mock bolt fell out so easily.

Yeah, kind of a bummer. Only 6 months old too and its falling apart. I do my best to take care of it too, I wipe it down after every game, put it in its soft case, ive never dropped it yet, spent 380 on the thing too.

that piece only started falling apart when I tried putting the mock bolt back in since I can't find anyone to explain to me how to put it in,

The fake bolt is locked into place by an allen screw, so if that has fallen off, it won't stay in place.
