When you purchase from these resellers you run the risk of buying a product that may have been altered or missing serial numbers which makes it ineligible for KWA USA’s warranty. Additionally, unauthorized resellers may sell you counterfeits, used/refurbished products as new or may sell you gray market products that may not comply to US laws and are not legal for sale in the US. Since we have no formal relationship with these resellers we may not be able to help you should you experience difficulties with your products.
